Found It
The two closest Borders are the only Borders in the entire state that aren’t carrying FALL INTO ME. So we went to B&N instead. 
They had it in the new romance section, which is very cool, even if it’s on the bottom shelf. And please note, only two copies left at 8:00 last night. Spoke to the manager on duty and may even get a signing out of it.
